We are seeking candidates available for overseas assignment at our Malaysia base. The timing and duration of the assignment will be determined based on your experience and preferences. Business Content: ■ Promotion of overseas business and deployment support: Feasibility studies, business plan development, establishment of local corporations, support for salary systems and labor regulations for expatriates. ■ Local corporation management support: Research work regarding business and financial aspects for overseas local corporations, monthly management systems, and internal control establishment support. ■ M&A and exit strategy support: Valuation due diligence related to M&A, financial advisory work, organizational restructuring, and assistance with withdrawal and liquidation.
